Ron Mastrogiovanni Sr.
Chairman and CEO
Ron Mastrogiovanni Sr., Chairman and CEO, has more than 25 years of experience in management consulting, financial services, and information technology. During his tenure, Ron has significantly expanded HealthView through the development of innovative retirement planning applications, and the firm’s success led to his recent appointment as CEO and Chairman of HealthyCapital.
Prior to starting HealthView Services, Ron co-founded FundQuest, a provider of wealth management solutions for financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies, and brokerage firms. Ron’s strategic planning, innovative product design, and general business acumen elevated FundQuest to one of the most successful fee-based money-management solutions in the industry. The company was acquired by BNP Paribas, a global leader in banking and financial services.
Ron currently serves on the Massachusetts Health Policy Commission (HPC), an independent state agency that develops and reviews policy to reduce health care cost growth and improve the quality of patient care.
When he is not working, Ron enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.

Zachary Shapleigh
Chief Technology Officer
Zac brings over eight years of experience in the field of developing and designing commercial software (ERP, MRP, CMS, LMS, CRM). When he is not at HVS, he enjoys doing extreme sports like skateboarding and snowboarding, Mountain Biking on the weekends, and cosplaying and catching Pokémon with his kids.

Ron Mastrogiovanni Jr. brings ten years of sales and management experience to HealthView Services. As Chief Revenue Officer, he has initiated several sales and marketing campaigns, expanded corporate relationships, and spearheaded an advisor education program on retirement planning. Ron Jr. is an active outdoorsman, and enjoys golf and fishing.

Michael Daley
Director of Marketing
Michael Daley leads product and marketing initiatives at HealthView Services. Michael also serves as the firm’s Social Security and Medicare policy expert. He has co-authored several HealthView white papers, including “Why Recent Changes to Medicare & Social Security Matter” and “Addressing the Women’s Longevity Gap”, contributed to the Insured Retirement Institute’s Fact Book, and has been quoted in TIME, CNBC, InvestmentNews, and other financial publications.
